The Pointe class is by invitation ONLY. Miss Sammi will assess the students’ progress and ability before inviting the student to join the pointe class.
UNIFORM
Girls:
Any leotard, pink ballet tights and pointe ballet shoes.
Boys:
Black SJDA T shirt/ white ballet vest, black leggings, black ballet shoes, white ballet socks.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Pointe requires an extreme level of commitment, dedication, strength and lots of practice. Students that attain this level can be proud of their progress and are rewarded by acclimation of their talent.
CLASS TIMES AND DISCOUNT
Classes are held every Thursday from 6:15 – 6:45.
A discount is offered for those students who take Pointe together with Senior 1 or Senior 2 Ballet class. (Senior 1 Ballet is held Wednesday 5:15 – 6:30) (Senior 2 is held Thursday 5:15 – 6:15). Sibling and Term discounts also apply, if eligible.
